
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series features a 36” wide commercial gas range with a 37” high cooking top for an optimal cooking height. It is built with a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, ensuring durability and easy cleaning. The range includes a front-located manual gas shut-off for safety, as well as a factory-installed regulator for smooth operation. The standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases provide reliability and ease of use.
The 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Option 6) combines (2) Pyromax burners in the rear and (3) star 33K burners in the front, offering excellent flexibility for high heat cooking and easy sautéing.
The Hybrid Electric Standard Oven (HxxxxD) features a 4.5 kW electrically heated system with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven has a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, capable of fitting full-sized pans both ways. It also includes one rack with two position side rails for versatile cooking options.
