

The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series features a 36” wide commercial gas range with a 37” high cooking top for versatile cooking capabilities. Its 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides ensure durability and ease of cleaning. For safety and convenience, it includes a front-located manual gas shut-off and a factory-installed regulator to optimize burner performance. The standing pilot system is used for the open top burners, and the battery spark ignition makes oven base lighting reliable.
The Split Burner Configuration (Burner Option 4) provides (3) Star/Sauté’ burners in the front, complemented by (3) standard 33K BTU burners in the rear, allowing for superior heat control and cooking versatility.
The Hybrid Electric Convection Oven (HxxxxA) is equipped with a 6 kW electrically heated system, and features a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, and can accommodate multiple cooking configurations with three racks and five position side rails. Powered by a 1/2 hp motor running at 1710 rpm, it operates on 115V AC and provides high efficiency with a permanent split phase motor, lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch is included to allow the convection oven base to function as a standard oven when needed.
