The 33K Non-Clog Burners (Burner Option 1) features six patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free cast iron burners, providing 33,000 BTU each. These burners are designed for high efficiency, offering powerful heat output and excellent durability, perfect for handling a range of cooking applications.

The Hybrid Electric Convection Oven combines the benefits of electric heating with a powerful convection system. The oven is electrically heated at 6 kW, with a standing pilot and thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, providing ample space for large cooking trays. The oven features three racks with five-position side rails, offering versatility in rack placement. The high-efficiency, 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60-cycle, 115V AC motor is designed with permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation, ensuring reliability and long-lasting performance. Additionally, the on/off switch allows the convection oven base to operate as a standard oven, giving you added flexibility in your cooking options.
