The 33K Non-Clog Burners (Burner Option 1) includes six patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free cast iron burners that provide 33,000 BTU each. These powerful burners are designed to handle high-heat cooking with ease, making them ideal for busy commercial kitchens that require reliable and efficient performance.

The Hybrid Electric Standard Oven is equipped with a 4.5 kW electrically heated system, featuring a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, offering ample space for full-sized pans that fit both ways. The oven includes one rack with two-position side rails, providing flexibility and easy access to your cooking items.
