The standing pilot system allows for consistent flame control on the open top burners, while the battery spark ignition makes oven startup quick and effortless.
For enhanced cooking performance, the Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2) feature a cast bowl design, improving heat distribution and efficiency. These grates maximize the entire range top, allowing you to cook multiple dishes at once. Available exclusively with 27K BTU Non-clog burners, the range offers powerful cooking performance. The 6 removable, cast iron grate tops are easy to clean and maintain, with the rear grates able to accommodate up to a 14” stock pot.
The Hybrid Electric Standard Oven (HxxxxD) offers 4.5 kW electrically heated power, ideal for quick and efficient cooking. Featuring a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), the oven provides precise temperature control to meet various cooking needs. Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, offering ample space for cooking with full-sized pans fitting both ways. One rack with two-position side rails provides flexible oven space for different cooking tasks.
