The factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas pressure for optimal performance. A standing pilot for open top burners provides reliable ignition, while the battery spark ignition for oven bases makes starting the oven effortless.
The Cast Iron Star/Sauté Burners (Burner Option 3) are designed for high-performance cooking, with six 33,000 BTU NAT star burners. These burners feature a port arrangement that ensures an even distribution of flame, perfect for precise heat control during high-heat cooking processes like sautéing or searing.
The Hybrid Electric Convection Oven (HxxxxA) adds versatility with a 6 kW electrically heated oven. This oven features a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), ideal for a wide range of cooking tasks from baking to roasting. The oven interior is made of durable porcelain enamel, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, offering ample space for full-sized pans. It includes three racks with five-position side rails for flexible cooking options. The 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC motor offers high efficiency and is built with permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation to ensure long-lasting reliability. An On/Off switch allows the convection oven to function as a standard oven when needed.
