The standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases further enhance the ease of use and safety.
The Split Burner Configuration includes (1) Star/Sauté burner in the front and (1) standard 33K BTU burner in the rear. This combination provides versatility, with the Star/Sauté burner offering high-heat cooking for searing, sautéing, and rapid heating, while the standard burner delivers consistent heat for longer, slower cooking.
For grilling, the Charbroiler offers a 24” cooking surface and can be placed on either the left or right side of the range. It features removable cast iron grates, making it easy to clean and maintain, while providing perfect grill marks and even heat distribution for a variety of grilling tasks.
The range is built with a Stainless Steel Cabinet base, ensuring a sturdy, durable foundation. Optional no-charge doors open from the center, providing easy access to the base and adding to the sleek design of the unit.
