The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series combines versatility, durability, and efficiency to meet the demands of any commercial kitchen. With a 36” wide cooking top and a 37” high cooking top, it offers ample cooking space. The range features a 4” stainless steel front rail, as well as stainless steel front and sides, ensuring both strength and ease of cleaning. A front-located manual gas shut-off is provided for quick emergency shut-off, while the factory-installed regulator ensures reliable gas flow throughout the range. Additionally, the standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases provide efficient and safe startup.

The Split Burner Configuration includes (1) Star/Sauté burner in the front and (1) standard 33K BTU burner in the rear, offering a mix of intense heat and more controlled heat for a variety of cooking methods. The Star/Sauté burner excels at high-heat cooking, perfect for tasks like searing and sautéing, while the standard burner is ideal for slower, consistent cooking.

For grilling needs, the Charbroiler is available in a 24” size and can be placed on the left or right side, depending on your kitchen layout. It features removable cast iron grates, which make it easy to clean and maintain.

The Convection Oven delivers 32,000 BTU NAT of heat and comes with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), providing versatile cooking options. Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, making it spacious enough to fit full-sized pans both ways. The oven includes three racks with five-position side rails, allowing for easy adjustment based on cooking needs. The oven is powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC high-efficiency motor, featuring permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch allows the convection oven to function as a standard oven when desired, providing additional flexibility.
