For safety and convenience, it comes with a front-located manual gas shut-off to control the entire range, and a factory-installed regulator to ensure steady gas pressure for optimal cooking performance.

The standing pilot for open top burners offers reliability, while the battery spark ignition simplifies starting the oven bases. The Split Burner Configuration combines (1) Star/Sauté burner in the front and (1) standard 33K BTU burner in the rear, offering flexibility for different types of cooking. The Star/Sauté burner excels at high-heat applications like searing, while the standard burner delivers consistent heat for longer, slower cooking.

For grilling, the Charbroiler can be placed on either the left or right side of the range and provides a 24” cooking surface with removable cast iron grates for easy cleaning. The heavy-duty grates ensure even heat distribution and ideal grill marks on meats and vegetables.

The Standard Oven model comes with a 45,000 BTU NAT oven, equipped with a standing pilot and a thermostat that ranges from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven features a porcelain enamel interior that measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, capable of fitting full-sized pans both ways. One rack with two-position side rails provides flexibility in oven cooking, allowing you to adjust the rack height to suit different baking or roasting needs.
