The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range designed to meet the demands of busy kitchens. With a 36” wide cooking top and 37” high cooking top, this range offers a spacious, efficient workspace. Its stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides ensure long-lasting durability and easy cleaning. The front-located manual gas shut-off provides enhanced safety by allowing quick control over the gas supply to the entire range. With a factory-installed regulator, the range maintains consistent pressure for reliable operation. The standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases ensure reliable ignition for both burners and oven bases.

Split Burner Configuration (Burner Option 4): This range features a Split Burner Configuration, ideal for versatility in your cooking tasks. The configuration includes one Star/Sauté burner in the front and one standard 33K BTU burner in the rear. The Star/Sauté burner provides intense, even heat for high-heat cooking tasks, such as searing, sautéing, and rapid cooking. The 33K BTU standard burner in the rear ensures consistent heat for a variety of cooking methods, from simmering to boiling.

Griddle Top (Left or Right): The range offers a 24” Griddle Top, which can be positioned on the left or right side of the range. The 1/2″ thick cold-rolled steel griddle plate ensures even heat distribution for perfect cooking results. It is designed for high-volume cooking and ideal for preparing items like pancakes, eggs, burgers, and sandwiches. You can choose between manual control or thermostatic control, giving you flexibility depending on your cooking style and needs.

Convection Oven Models (A): The 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven comes with a standing pilot and offers a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, provides a durable and easy-to-clean cooking environment. It includes three racks with five-position side rails, allowing for maximum flexibility when loading and organizing your cooking trays. The high-efficiency motor (1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC) is designed to run quietly and effectively, with permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation for safe operation. The On/Off switch allows the convection oven to function as a standard oven, offering more cooking options.
