The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series offers a robust and versatile cooking solution for commercial kitchens. With a 36” wide cooking top and a 37” high cooking top, it provides ample space for all your cooking needs. The 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides, ensures durability and easy maintenance. A front-located manual gas shut-off is included for quick emergency shut-off, and the factory-installed regulator ensures a steady gas flow for consistent cooking performance. The standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases make it easy to start up the range for efficient cooking.

The Split Burner Configuration consists of (1) Star/Sauté burner in the front and (1) standard 33K BTU burner in the rear. The Star/Sauté burner delivers intense, direct heat, perfect for high-heat cooking methods such as searing or sautéing, while the standard 33K BTU burner is ideal for more controlled heat, making it versatile for various types of cooking.

The 24” Griddle Top can be placed on either the left or right side, depending on your kitchen setup, and comes with a 1/2″ thick cold-rolled steel griddle plate that ensures even heat distribution. The griddle offers manual or thermostatic control for precise temperature management, allowing you to achieve perfect results with grilled or pan-fried items.

The Standard Oven is equipped with a 45,000 BTU NAT oven, featuring a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, offering ample space for full-sized pans to fit both ways. It also comes with one rack that has two-position side rails, allowing for easy adjustment of rack height based on your cooking needs.
