The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is designed to meet the demanding needs of high-volume kitchens, combining performance, versatility, and durability. This commercial gas range is 36” wide with a 37” high cooking top, featuring a robust stainless steel construction with a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel sides for lasting strength and easy cleaning. It also includes a front-located manual gas shut-off for quick access to the entire range. The factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas pressure, optimizing performance across all burners. The standing pilot lights on the open top burners and the battery spark ignition system for the oven bases further streamline operation.

Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2) are included for enhanced cooking efficiency. Featuring a cast bowl design, these grates maximize the use of the entire range top. These are specifically available with the 27K BTU Non-clog burners and come with 2 removable cast iron grate tops. The rear grates are large enough to hold up to a 14” stock pot, making them ideal for preparing large quantities of food.

For additional cooking flexibility, the Charbroiler (Left or Right) option provides a 24” grilling area with removable cast iron grates. This allows you to create perfectly charred dishes with ease while offering efficient heat distribution and easy cleaning.

The Convection Oven Models (A) is a high-performance unit, featuring a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven with a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, accommodating full-sized pans in both directions. The oven also includes three racks with five-position side rails, allowing for flexible cooking configurations. Powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC motor, the oven offers high efficiency with permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch is included, enabling the convection oven base to operate as a standard oven for additional cooking versatility.
