With its 36” wide cooking top and 37” high cooking top, this range offers a spacious cooking area with easy access to burners and oven bases. It features a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, providing a sleek, modern look and making cleaning easy. The front-located manual gas shut-off enhances safety by allowing quick access to turn off the gas to the entire range. The factory-installed regulator ensures consistent gas pressure for stable and reliable performance. The range also features standing pilots for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases, ensuring reliable ignition every time.
Split Burner Configuration (Burner Option 4): The Split Burner Configuration is designed for flexibility, allowing you to meet a wide range of cooking needs. This setup includes two Star/Sauté burners in the front and two standard 33K BTU burners in the rear. The Star/Sauté burners provide intense, even heat that is perfect for high-heat cooking tasks like searing, stir-frying, or sautéing, while the 33K BTU standard burners provide steady heat for simmering, boiling, and frying.
Griddle Top (Left or Right): The range offers a 12” Griddle Top, which can be positioned either on the left or right side of the range, depending on your kitchen layout. The 1/2″ thick cold-rolled steel griddle plate ensures uniform heat distribution for efficient cooking. This griddle is ideal for preparing pancakes, burgers, eggs, and other flat-top grilled items. The griddle is manual controlled, allowing precise temperature adjustments based on your cooking needs.
Stainless Steel Cabinet (C): The Stainless Steel Cabinet serves as a durable and sturdy base for the range. It provides a solid foundation while adding to the overall sleek and professional look of the range. Additionally, the cabinet base features optional no-charge doors that open from the center, providing easy access to storage space. The stainless steel construction makes the cabinet easy to clean and maintain, contributing to the overall longevity of the range.
