The 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Options 5) combines (2) Pyromax burners in the rear, ideal for high-heat cooking, with (3) standard 33K BTU burners in the front, perfect for sautéing and versatile cooking tasks.

The Standard Oven Models (D) offer a 45,000 BTU NAT oven, featuring a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, designed to accommodate full-sized pans both ways. With one rack and two-position side rails, this oven provides flexibility for a wide range of cooking needs, making it an ideal choice for busy commercial kitchens.
