
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series features a 36” wide commercial gas range with a 37” high cooking top, offering optimal height for efficient cooking. It comes with a 4” stainless steel front rail and durable stainless steel front and sides for long-lasting performance and ease of maintenance. The range is equipped with a front-located manual gas shut-off for safety, and a factory-installed regulator to ensure consistent gas flow. Standing pilots for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases offer ease of use and reliability.
The 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Option 6) combines (2) Pyromax burners in the rear and (3) star 33K burners in the front, providing versatile heat options for various cooking needs, including high heat sautéing.
The Convection Oven Models (A) feature a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven with standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven has a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep. It includes three racks with five position side rails, a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor, and high-efficiency with permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch allows the CO base to operate as a standard oven when needed.
