A front-located manual gas shut-off provides added safety, allowing quick access to control the gas flow when necessary, and the factory-installed regulator ensures consistent and reliable performance.
Equipped with a standing pilot for open top burners, the range provides reliable ignition, and the battery spark ignition for oven bases ensures quick and easy start-up. The Split Burner Configuration includes (3) Star/Sauté burners in the front, designed for high-heat cooking and precision sautéing, and (3) standard 33K BTU burners in the rear, offering versatility for a range of cooking techniques.
The Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) provides a sturdy base and can be paired with optional no-charge doors that open from the center, enhancing accessibility and storage. This range delivers robust cooking performance and exceptional convenience, meeting the rigorous demands of any commercial kitchen.
