

The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series is built to withstand the demands of commercial kitchens, offering a range of powerful features. This 36” wide unit boasts a 37” high cooking top for optimal ergonomics. Its 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides ensure durability and are easy to maintain. For added safety, a front-located manual gas shut-off is included, providing quick access to control gas flow, and the factory-installed regulator ensures consistent performance.
The standing pilot for the open top burners provides reliable ignition, while the battery spark ignition for the oven bases ensures easy and reliable start-ups. The Split Burner Configuration features (3) Star/Sauté burners in the front, ideal for high-heat and precise cooking, and (3) standard 33K BTU burners in the rear, offering versatility for various cooking techniques.
The Standard Oven Models (D) feature a 45,000 BTU NAT oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, and is designed to accommodate full-sized pans both ways. It includes one rack with two position side rails, allowing for customizable cooking. This range is a powerful and versatile solution for any commercial kitchen.
