The standing pilot for the open top burners guarantees a steady flame for reliable cooking, while the battery spark ignition system provides efficient and consistent ignition for the oven bases.

For added versatility, the Charbroiler is available in a 36” size and is equipped with removable cast iron grates. The grates provide excellent heat retention and even cooking, making it ideal for grilling a variety of menu items with a delicious charbroiled finish.

The Convection Oven (Model A) offers a powerful 32,000 BTU NAT output, ensuring even heat distribution for baking, roasting, and cooking. The oven features a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) for precise temperature control, allowing you to customize the cooking environment for various dishes. With a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, this oven provides ample space for cooking large batches. It includes three adjustable racks with five-position side rails for flexibility in arranging cookware. Powered by a high-efficiency 1/2 hp motor running at 1710 rpm with 115V AC, the motor is designed with permanent split-phase, lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation to ensure optimal, reliable performance. An on/off switch also allows the convection oven to operate as a standard oven when needed.
