Equipped with six removable, heavy-duty cast iron grate tops, the range offers versatility with the rear grate capable of supporting a 14” stock pot. Standing pilots for the open top burners provide reliable ignition, while the battery spark ignition system for the oven bases makes operation quick and convenient. 33K Non-Clog Burners (Burner Option 1): This range features four patented, clog-free 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron burners that offer lifetime reliability and exceptional performance for high-heat cooking.

Griddle Top (Left or Right): The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series offers a 12” griddle top option with a 1/2″ thick cold rolled steel griddle plate. You can choose between manual or thermostatically controlled operation for flexible cooking options.

Convection Oven Models (A): The 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven provides consistent heat distribution with a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep and includes three racks with five-position side rails. The convection oven features a high-efficiency, 1/2 hp motor, providing reliable performance with permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. The oven can also operate as a standard oven by turning the convection fan off.
