The 33K Non-Clog Burners option features four patented, one-piece, clog-free cast iron burners designed for a lifetime of use. These burners deliver 33,000 BTU NAT, offering powerful heat for fast and efficient cooking. Additionally, the range includes a 12” Griddle Top, which can be installed on either the left or right side of the range. The griddle is made from a 1/2” thick cold-rolled steel plate, providing a durable and smooth cooking surface. It is available with either manual or thermostatic temperature control for precise cooking adjustments.
The Hybrid Electric Standard Oven is a 4.5 kW electrically heated oven, providing the efficiency of electric heating combined with excellent temperature control. The oven includes a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), allowing for precise cooking results. The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, providing ample space to accommodate full-sized pans both ways. The oven also comes with one rack and two-position side rails, offering flexibility for different cooking needs.
