The Ultimate Restaurant Range 36” Series combines exceptional quality and reliability for commercial kitchens. This 36” wide gas range is equipped with a 37” high cooking top, offering ample space for a variety of cooking tasks. The durable stainless steel construction features a 4” stainless steel front rail, stainless steel front, and sides, making it easy to clean and maintain. A front-located manual gas shut-off allows for quick and safe operation of the entire range, and the factory-installed regulator ensures efficient gas control for optimal cooking performance. The range also includes a standing pilot for the open top burners, providing consistent flame strength, along with a battery spark ignition for quick and reliable oven base startups.

For enhanced efficiency, the Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2) are designed with a cast bowl that maximizes heat distribution and makes full use of the range top. This feature is available exclusively with the 27K BTU non-clog burners, and it comes with four removable, cast iron grate tops. The rear grates are designed to accommodate up to a 14” stock pot, adding versatility for larger cooking tasks.

The Griddle Top, available on either the left or right side of the range, features a 12” surface with a 1/2″ thick cold-rolled steel griddle plate. This griddle is manually controlled, allowing for precise temperature adjustments and offering flexibility for cooking a variety of dishes.

The Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) is designed with a sturdy base and features optional no-charge doors that open from the center, providing additional storage space and enhancing the overall functionality of the range.
