The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a robust and versatile commercial gas range designed to deliver reliable performance in high-demand kitchen environments. With a total width of 48-5/8” and a 37” high cooking top, this range provides ample cooking space for a wide range of tasks. The unit features durable stainless steel construction on the front and sides, along with a 4” stainless steel front rail, ensuring both strength and easy maintenance. For safety and convenience, the range includes a front-located manual gas shut-off valve and a factory-installed gas regulator.

This model is equipped with a split burner configuration, consisting of one star/saute’ burner in the front and one powerful 33K BTU standard burner in the rear. This setup provides a balanced cooking experience, allowing chefs to quickly switch between high-heat and more precise simmering tasks. The range also features a 36” charbroiler with removable cast iron grates, which can be positioned on either the left or right side, making it perfect for grilling meats, vegetables, and other items with ease.

The convection oven model (A) offers efficient baking and roasting capabilities. With a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven, it provides consistent heat with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior of the oven measures 14” high by 26” wide by 24” deep and comes with three racks with five-position side rails, offering flexibility for multiple cooking tasks. Powered by a 1/2 hp, high-efficiency motor (1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC), the convection oven is designed for optimal performance with features like overload protection, permanent lubrication, and Class “B” insulation. The oven also includes an On/Off switch to allow the convection oven base to operate as a standard oven.

Additionally, the 18” stainless steel cabinet base provides extra storage, and a no-charge door is available as an option to further enhance convenience.
