
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a versatile and high-performance commercial gas range designed to meet the demanding needs of professional kitchens. With a width of 48-5/8” and a 37” high cooking surface, this range offers plenty of space to handle a variety of cooking tasks. Constructed from durable stainless steel on the front and sides, with a 4” stainless steel front rail, this range is built to withstand heavy use while offering easy maintenance. For added safety, it includes a front-located manual gas shut-off and a factory-installed gas regulator for secure operation.
The split burner configuration features one star/saute’ burner in the front and one powerful 33K BTU standard burner in the rear, providing flexibility for a wide range of cooking techniques, from searing and sautéing to simmering and boiling. The griddle top, available on either the left or right side, features a 1/2” smooth polished steel griddle plate with raised sides for the 36” model, or a 1” griddle plate for the 48” version, both offering excellent heat retention and control. The griddle top can be configured with either manual or thermostatic control, allowing chefs to easily adjust temperatures for different cooking styles.
For baking and roasting, the 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven is equipped with a standing pilot light and a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior of the oven measures 14” high by 26” wide by 24” deep, providing ample space for large batches of food. It includes three racks with five-position side rails, offering flexibility for different cooking needs. The convection oven features a high-efficiency 1/2 hp motor (1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC) with permanent lubrication, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch also allows the oven base to operate as a standard oven.
The range comes with an 18” stainless steel cabinet base for additional storage, and an optional no-charge door is available for added convenience.
