This model is equipped with a split burner configuration (Burner Option 4), featuring one star/saute’ burner in the front and one 33,000 BTU standard burner in the rear—ideal for kitchens that need both precision and power in a compact layout. It also includes a 36” cast iron charbroiler, available on the left or right side, offering outstanding grilling capabilities with removable, easy-to-clean grates—perfect for cooking steaks, burgers, or vegetables with that classic flame-cooked flavor.
The base of the unit features a powerful standard oven (Model D) that delivers 45,000 BTUs of natural gas heat. With a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), this oven is versatile enough for a wide range of baking and roasting tasks. Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, and is designed to accommodate full-size pans both lengthwise and crosswise. The oven includes one rack with two-position side rails for added cooking flexibility.
An 18” stainless steel cabinet base provides additional storage space for pans, tools, or kitchen essentials. An optional no-charge door is available to keep contents out of sight and organized.
