
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a durable, high-efficiency commercial gas range designed for demanding foodservice operations. Measuring 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking top, this range is constructed with a rugged stainless steel front, sides, and a 4” front rail, offering long-lasting performance and a clean, professional appearance. For added safety and convenience, it includes a front-located manual gas shut-off valve and a factory-installed gas regulator. The range uses a standing pilot system for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases, ensuring consistent startup and easy operation.
This model includes a split burner configuration (Burner Option 4) with one star/saute’ burner in the front and one 33,000 BTU standard burner in the rear, ideal for kitchens that need a mix of high-heat and precision simmering capabilities. It also features a 36” wide griddle top, available on the left or right side, with a smooth, polished steel plate and raised edges to contain food and grease. Griddle options include a 1/2” plate for manual or thermostatic control and a 1” plate for optimal heat retention—perfect for breakfast service, sandwiches, or flat-top cooking.
Beneath the cooking surface is a powerful standard oven (Model D), producing 45,000 BTUs with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, large enough to accommodate full-size pans both front-to-back and side-to-side. The oven comes equipped with one rack and two-position side rails for flexible cooking options.
An 18” stainless steel cabinet base provides convenient storage for cookware and kitchen essentials, and includes an optional no-charge door for added organization and cleanliness.
