This 48-5/8” wide commercial gas range features a 37” high cooking top, offering ample surface space for multi-tasking in high-volume kitchens. The range is built with durable stainless steel front and sides, along with a 4” stainless steel front rail for added strength and ease of cleaning. A front-located manual gas shut-off and factory-installed regulator enhance safety and control, while standing pilots for the open burners and battery spark ignition for the oven bases ensure quick, reliable startup.

This unit includes (2) patented, 33,000 BTU NAT non-clog burners (Burner Option 1), crafted from one-piece cast iron for lifetime clog-free performance. The rear burners are specially designed to hold up to 14” stock pots, making them perfect for heavy-duty cooking operations.

Alongside the burners, a 36” charbroiler—available on the left or right side—provides high-efficiency grilling with removable cast iron grates that retain heat well and are easy to clean, making it ideal for searing meats, vegetables, and more with consistent results.

Beneath the cooktop, the range features Space Saver Double Ovens (EE)—a powerful solution for compact commercial spaces. Each oven delivers 45,000 BTU NAT with a standing pilot and a wide temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interiors measure 14” high x 19-1/2” wide x 26.5” deep, and come with one rack and two-position side rails for flexible baking, roasting, and warming.
