
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range designed to meet the needs of demanding kitchens. With a width of 48-5/8” and a 37” high cooking top, this range offers durability and versatility. The unit is constructed with a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, ensuring easy maintenance and longevity. For safety, a front-located manual gas shut-off allows you to quickly turn off the gas to the entire range, and it comes with a factory-installed regulator for convenience. The range features a standing pilot for reliable ignition of the open top burners, while battery spark ignition is used for the oven bases, ensuring smooth startup.
Equipped with 33K Non-Clog Burners, the range features two patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free cast iron burners. These powerful burners produce 33,000 BTUs of natural gas (NAT) heat and are designed to withstand heavy use, with the rear burner capable of holding up to a 14” stock pot. The range also includes a 36” Charbroiler on either the left or right side, featuring removable cast iron grates for easy cleaning and cooking flexibility.
The 32,000 BTU NAT Convection Oven (Model A) offers a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C), allowing precise temperature control for various cooking needs. The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high, 26” wide, and 24” deep, with three racks and five-position side rails for customizable cooking space. The high-efficiency 1/2 hp motor operates at 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC, and features permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch allows the convection oven to be used as a standard oven when desired.
The 18” Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) base offers durable storage, and an optional no-charge door is available for added convenience.
