The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series delivers top-tier performance and durable construction for high-demand commercial kitchens. Measuring 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, this gas range is crafted for both versatility and longevity. It features a sleek, professional-grade finish with a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides, making it as attractive as it is tough. With a front-located manual gas shut-off, factory-installed regulator, standing pilots for open burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases, safety and convenience are built in.

This model includes (2) patented 33,000 BTU NAT non-clog burners, made of cast iron in a one-piece, lifetime clog-free design. The rear burners are powerful enough to support 14” stock pots, perfect for high-volume simmering or boiling.

A standout feature is the 36” griddle top, available on the left or right side. It comes with a 1/2” smooth, polished steel plate with raised sides for clean operation, and is offered in both manual and thermostatic control options. For even heavier-duty needs, a 1” thick griddle plate is available on the 48” model, ensuring even heat distribution and long-term durability.

Beneath the cooktop, the Space Saver Double Oven (EE) models offer high-efficiency baking and roasting. Each oven operates at 45,000 BTU NAT and includes a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Inside, the porcelain enamel cavity measures 14” high x 19-1/2” wide x 26.5” deep, large enough to fit standard pans with ease. Each oven comes with one rack and two-position side rails, giving you the flexibility to handle multiple dishes at once.
