The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a premium commercial gas range designed for high-performance cooking in demanding kitchen environments. Measuring 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking top, it features a 4” stainless steel front rail and durable stainless steel front and sides, combining functionality with a sleek, professional appearance. A front-located manual gas shut-off ensures quick access to power down the entire range, and a factory-installed regulator helps maintain consistent gas pressure. For reliable ignition, the range is equipped with a standing pilot for open top burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases.

The cooking surface includes Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2), which feature a cast bowl design that boosts burner efficiency and enables full use of the range top. This configuration includes two burners, each rated at 27,000 BTU, known for their non-clog performance. A 36” charbroiler, located on the left or right, adds grilling capability and comes with removable cast iron grates for easy cleaning and durability.

This model also features Space Saver Double Ovens (EE), each delivering 45,000 BTU NAT. The ovens offer a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) and include porcelain enamel interiors measuring 14” high x 19-1/2” wide x 26.5” deep. Each oven includes one rack with two-position side rails, maximizing flexibility and capacity within a compact footprint.
