The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series delivers professional-grade performance with robust features designed to handle high-demand kitchen environments. This range is 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking top, featuring stainless steel front and sides, along with a 4” stainless steel front rail for durability and ease of cleaning. The range also includes a front-located manual gas shut-off, offering an added layer of safety and control. The battery spark ignition system ensures easy operation of the oven bases, while the standing pilot guarantees consistent heat for the open top burners.

This model features Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2) with a cast bowl design, which enhances cooking efficiency and allows full use of the entire range top. These wavy grates are designed for 27K BTU Non-clog burners and are ideal for professional chefs looking for uniform cooking across all burners. The range comes equipped with (2) Wavy Grates for versatile cooking options.

For versatile grilling and searing, the 36” Charbroiler with removable cast iron grates is available on either side of the unit. The charbroiler allows for high-heat grilling and produces perfect char marks for meats and vegetables, making it ideal for signature dishes.

The Convection Oven Models (A) is powered by a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven, featuring a standing pilot and a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, with three racks and five-position side rails for maximum cooking flexibility. The oven is powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor, which ensures even heat circulation and precise temperature control. With the On/Off switch, you can easily switch between convection and standard oven modes, making it versatile for a variety of baking, roasting, and cooking needs.

The unit also includes an 18” Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) base, providing convenient storage or easy access to the unit’s components. An optional no-charge door is available for additional customization.
