The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a heavy-duty commercial gas range designed for high-efficiency performance in demanding kitchen environments. It measures 48-5/8” wide, with a 37” high cooking top, and is equipped with a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for durability and ease of maintenance. The unit includes a front-located manual gas shut-off for safety and a factory-installed regulator for consistent gas pressure. Standing pilots are provided for the open top burners, while battery spark ignition is used for the oven bases, ensuring quick and reliable ignition.

The range features Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2) with a cast bowl design that improves efficiency and allows for the full utilization of the entire range top. These grates are compatible only with the 27,000 BTU non-clog burners, and the unit is equipped with two burners. Additionally, a Griddle Top is available on either the left or right side of the range, with a choice between a 1/2” smooth polished steel plate for 36” wide griddles or a 1” thick polished steel plate for 48” wide griddles. The griddle comes with raised sides and is available with manual or thermostatic controls, depending on the user’s preference.

The Standard Oven Models (D) offer 45,000 BTU NAT of cooking power with a standing pilot and a thermostat that can be adjusted from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high by 26” wide by 26.5” deep, allowing for full-sized pans to fit in both directions. It comes with one rack and two-position side rails, offering versatile storage options for different pan sizes.

The 18” Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) provides a sturdy, easy-to-clean base for the range, with an optional no-charge door for a sleek, enclosed look.
