The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series offers a high-performance solution for commercial kitchens, with a 48-5/8” wide body and a 37” high cooking top. It features a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for durability and easy maintenance. The unit includes a front-located manual gas shut-off, providing an extra layer of safety, while the factory-installed regulator ensures proper gas pressure. The standing pilot system is used for the open top burners, and battery spark ignition is utilized for the oven bases.

This model is equipped with Cast Iron Star/Sauté Burners (Burner Option 3), which include two 33,000 BTU NAT star burners. The strategic port arrangement ensures even flame distribution for superior cooking control.

For grilling, the Charbroiler (Left or Right) offers a 36” cooking surface with removable, cast iron grates, making it versatile and easy to clean.

The Convection Oven Models (A) feature a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven that operates within a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven has a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, with three racks and five-position side rails. It is powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor, offering high efficiency with permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. The on/off switch allows the convection oven to also function as a standard oven.

The unit sits on an 18” stainless steel cabinet base, with an optional no-charge door.
