
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range built to meet the rigorous demands of professional kitchens. It measures 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking surface and features a 4” stainless steel front rail along with stainless steel front and side panels, offering durability and a clean, polished look. For safety and convenience, it includes a front-located manual gas shut-off valve for the entire range and comes equipped with a factory-installed gas regulator. The open top burners utilize a standing pilot ignition system, while the oven bases are powered by battery spark ignition for reliable starts.
This model includes (2) 33,000 BTU NAT Cast Iron Star/Sauté Burners (Burner Option 3), engineered with a port arrangement that promotes even flame distribution for optimal cooking performance. Additionally, it features a 36” charbroiler, which can be positioned on either the left or right side, and comes with removable cast iron grates for easy cleaning and excellent heat retention.
The range is equipped with a 45,000 BTU NAT standard oven (Model D), offering a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high by 26” wide by 26.5” deep, accommodating full-sized pans in either direction. It includes one rack with two-position side rails to allow for flexible cooking configurations.
Completing the unit is an 18” stainless steel cabinet base (Model C), which provides additional storage space and is available with an optional no-charge door.
