The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a premium commercial gas range designed to deliver top-tier performance in professional kitchens. With a total width of 48-5/8” and a 37” high cooking surface, it provides a spacious and efficient work area for chefs. Built with a stainless steel front, sides, and a durable 4” stainless steel front rail, this range offers a sleek, professional look while standing up to heavy daily use. A front-located manual gas shut-off valve ensures quick and easy control, while a factory-installed gas regulator provides reliable performance from the start.

This configuration includes two powerful 33,000 BTU NAT star burners with cast iron construction for long-lasting durability. The burner design features a specialized port arrangement that ensures even flame distribution—ideal for sautéing and high-heat cooking. Complementing the burners is a 36” cast iron charbroiler, available on either the left or right side. The charbroiler features removable grates, making cleaning and maintenance fast and easy.

The space-saving double oven model (EE) delivers high-performance baking and roasting with a 45,000 BTU NAT oven equipped with a standing pilot and an adjustable thermostat ranging from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven interior is finished in porcelain enamel and measures 14” high by 19.5” wide by 26.5” deep. It comes with one oven rack and two-position side rails, allowing for flexible cooking configurations. Battery spark ignition provides reliable oven startup, making this unit a dependable centerpiece for any high-volume kitchen.
