
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series delivers high performance in a durable, professional-grade design. This commercial gas range measures 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, and features a 4” stainless steel front rail along with stainless steel front and sides for long-lasting strength and easy cleaning. A front-located manual gas shut-off ensures quick access for safety, while a factory-installed regulator, standing pilots for open burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases ensure efficient operation and reliable performance.
This model is equipped with (2) 33,000 BTU NAT star burners under Burner Option 3, designed with a port arrangement that delivers even flame distribution—ideal for sautéing, searing, or general-purpose cooking.
Also included is a 36” griddle top, positioned either left or right, with a 1/2” smooth, polished steel plate and raised sides—available with either manual or thermostatic controls. For heavier-duty applications, the griddle is also available in a 1” thick plate option on 48” wide models, providing superior heat retention and durability.
Baking and roasting are handled by the Convection Oven (Model A), which delivers 32,000 BTU NAT and offers a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven features a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, with three racks and five-position side rails for flexible cooking setups. The convection system is powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor, featuring permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch allows the oven to be used as a standard oven if desired.
A built-in 18” stainless steel cabinet base offers extra utility or storage, with an optional no-charge door to suit your workspace needs.
