
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range built to withstand the demands of busy, professional kitchens. With a total width of 48-5/8” and a 37” high cooking surface, this range offers plenty of space for efficient cooking. It’s constructed with durable stainless steel on the front and sides, along with a 4” stainless steel front rail, ensuring easy maintenance and long-lasting durability. The range includes a front-located manual gas shut-off valve and comes with a factory-installed gas regulator for reliable operation.
This model features a split burner configuration, which includes two star/saute’ burners in the front and two powerful 33K BTU standard burners in the rear. This setup allows for versatility in your cooking, with high heat for searing and delicate control for simmering or sautéing. The range also includes a griddle top, available on either the left or right side of the unit, offering a smooth, polished steel griddle plate. Choose from a 1/2” thick griddle plate for 24” wide units or a 1” thick griddle plate for the 48” wide version, both designed with raised sides for added safety and convenience. The griddle top can be set to manual or thermostatic control, providing flexibility for different cooking needs.
The convection oven model (A) is perfect for baking, roasting, and more. Powered by a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven, it ensures even heat distribution, with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high by 26” wide by 24” deep and comes with three racks with five-position side rails for customizable cooking space. It is powered by a high-efficiency 1/2 hp motor (1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC) and features permanent lubrication, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch allows the convection oven base to function as a standard oven when necessary.
