The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series combines durability, performance, and flexibility in one compact footprint, ideal for high-volume kitchens. This 48-5/8” wide commercial gas range features a 37” high cooking surface, a 4” stainless steel front rail, and rugged stainless steel front and sides, ensuring long-lasting reliability and a professional appearance. For added safety and convenience, it includes a front-located manual gas shut-off and a factory-installed regulator. Standing pilots for the open burners and battery spark ignition for the ovens provide dependable operation.

The cooktop features a Split Burner Configuration (Burner Option 4), consisting of two star/saute’ burners in the front paired with two 33,000 BTU standard burners in the rear, offering precise heat control for a variety of cooking applications. Alongside the burners, a 24” griddle (available on the left or right) features a 1/2” smooth, polished steel plate with raised sides for efficient grilling, searing, or breakfast service. Thermostatic or manual control options allow chefs to tailor performance to their specific needs.

Beneath the cooking surface, Space Saver Double Ovens (Model EE) each deliver 45,000 BTUs with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel interiors measure 14” high x 19-1/2” wide x 26.5” deep, fitting standard pans and trays with ease. Each oven includes one rack with two-position side rails for added flexibility during cooking.
