This 48-5/8” wide gas range features a 37” high cooking surface, a 4” stainless steel front rail, and stainless steel front and sides for superior durability and easy maintenance. A front-located manual gas shut-off and factory-installed regulator provide safety and control, while standing pilots for open burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases ensure dependable operation.

This model combines two cooking surface configurations to offer maximum versatility. The Split Burner Configuration (Burner Option 4) includes one star/saute’ burner in front and one 33,000 BTU standard burner in the rear, ideal for tasks that require rapid heat-up and precise simmering. In addition, the 5-Burner Configuration (Burner Option 5) features two high-output Pyromax burners in the rear paired with three standard 33,000 BTU front burners, providing exceptional power for sautéing, boiling, and searing.

Beneath the cooking surface, the unit includes Space Saver Double Ovens (EE), each with a 45,000 BTU NAT burner and a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The ovens have a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 19-1/2” wide x 26.5” deep, equipped with one rack and two-position side rails, offering efficient multi-dish cooking in a compact footprint.
