Measuring 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, this unit delivers both ample workspace and rugged durability. Its stainless steel front, sides, and 4” front rail make it easy to clean and built to last, while the front-located manual gas shut-off and factory-installed regulator provide added safety and convenience.

This model offers two powerful burner configurations for maximum flexibility. The split burner configuration includes one star/saute’ burner in the front and one 33,000 BTU standard burner in the rear—perfect for tasks that require a mix of rapid searing and controlled simmering. For added output, the 5-burner configuration combines two high-performance Pyromax burners in the rear with three standard 33,000 BTU burners in the front, giving chefs access to intense heat and precise control across multiple cooking zones.

The unit also features a convection oven base (Model A), delivering 32,000 BTUs of natural gas heating power with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The porcelain enamel oven interior measures 14” high by 26” wide by 24” deep, and includes three racks with five-position side rails, offering flexibility for various baking and roasting needs. The convection system is powered by a 1/2 hp motor (1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC) featuring permanent lubrication, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An integrated On/Off switch allows the convection base to be used as a standard oven if needed.

Completing the unit is an 18” stainless steel cabinet base, providing additional storage space for cookware or tools. An optional no-charge door is available to enhance functionality even further.
