Measuring 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, this unit features a sleek, rugged design with a stainless steel front, sides, and a 4” front rail for enhanced durability and easy cleaning. A front-mounted manual gas shut-off valve and factory-installed regulator ensure reliable safety and control, while standing pilot ignition for burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases provide dependable startup every time.
This configuration includes a Split Burner setup (Burner Option 4) with one star/saute’ burner in the front and one 33,000 BTU standard burner in the rear—great for kitchens that need both high-heat searing and gentle simmering. It also features a powerful 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Options 5), combining two high-output Pyromax burners in the rear with three standard 33K burners up front for maximum versatility.
A full 48” wide griddle top—available in manual or thermostatic control—features a 1” thick, smooth, polished steel plate with raised sides, offering excellent heat retention and ideal surface area for preparing everything from breakfast foods to burgers and sandwiches.
Below the cooking surface, the standard oven (Model D) delivers 45,000 BTUs of natural gas power, with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Its spacious, porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, large enough to fit full-size pans both ways. The oven includes one rack with two-position side rails for flexible cooking configurations.
For added utility, the range includes an 18” stainless steel cabinet base, perfect for storing cookware and utensils. A no-charge door option is available for added organization and a clean, streamlined look.
