The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is built for high-performance commercial kitchens, combining durability with powerful cooking versatility. This gas range measures 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, and features a 4” stainless steel front rail along with stainless steel front and sides for a sleek, easy-to-clean design. Key safety and convenience elements include a front-located manual gas shut-off, factory-installed regulator, standing pilots for open burners, and battery spark ignition for oven operation.

This configuration includes (2) 33,000 BTU NAT star burners (Burner Option 3), designed with a port arrangement that ensures even flame distribution—ideal for sautéing, simmering, and precise heat control. Additionally, it incorporates a 5-burner configuration (Burner Option 5), combining (2) high-performance Pyromax burners in the rear with (3) standard 33K BTU burners in the front, offering a balanced and versatile cooktop suited for various cooking demands.

For baking and roasting, the Convection Oven (Model A) delivers 32,000 BTU NAT and operates within a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven interior, finished in porcelain enamel, measures 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, and includes three racks with five-position side rails for flexible pan arrangements. The convection system is powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, 115V motor featuring permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. A convenient on/off switch allows users to run the oven in standard (non-convection) mode as needed.

Completing the setup is an 18” stainless steel cabinet base (Model C), with an optional no-charge door—perfect for storing pans, tools, or supplies within easy reach.
