The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a powerful and versatile commercial gas range designed to meet the demands of busy kitchens. This 48-5/8” wide range features a 37” high cooking top and is constructed with durable stainless steel, including a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for easy maintenance and long-lasting performance. It is equipped with a front-located manual gas shut-off for quick access to shut off gas to the entire range and comes with a factory-installed regulator for added convenience. The standing pilot for the open top burners ensures reliable ignition, while the battery spark ignition for the oven bases makes for easy startup.

The 33K Non-Clog Burners offer two patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free cast iron burners that deliver 33,000 BTUs of natural gas (NAT) power. The rear burner is large enough to hold up to a 14” stock pot, ideal for handling large quantities of food. In addition, the 5 Burner Configuration combines two Pyromax burners in the rear with three standard 33K burners, providing maximum flexibility and power for various cooking needs.

For oven cooking, the 32,000 BTU NAT Convection Oven (Model A) includes a standing pilot and a temperature range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high, 26” wide, and 24” deep, providing ample cooking space with three racks and five-position side rails. The high-efficiency 1/2 hp motor runs at 1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC, and features permanent lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An On/Off switch allows the convection oven to operate as a standard oven, adding even more versatility.

The 18” Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) offers durable storage and an optional no-charge door for added customization.
