The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a heavy-duty commercial gas range, engineered for top-tier performance in professional kitchens. Measuring 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, it features a 4” stainless steel front rail and stainless steel front and sides for durability and ease of cleaning. It includes a front-located manual gas shut-off that controls the entire range, a factory-installed gas regulator, a standing pilot for open top burners, and battery spark ignition for oven bases to ensure safe and reliable operation.

This model incorporates wavy grates as part of Burner Option 2, featuring a cast bowl design for enhanced efficiency and full-range top usability. These are paired with two 27,000 BTU non-clog burners. In addition, the 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Option 5) includes a combination of two high-output Pyromax burners in the rear and three standard 33,000 BTU burners in the front, offering versatile and powerful cooking performance.

Below the cooktop, the convection oven (Model A) operates at 32,000 BTU NAT with a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven interior, finished in porcelain enamel, measures 14” high by 26” wide by 24” deep and includes three racks with five-position side rails for flexible baking configurations. Powered by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm motor, the convection fan features a high-efficiency, permanent split phase motor with lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch allows the convection oven to function as a standard oven when needed.

Finally, this model is equipped with an 18” stainless steel cabinet base (Model C), which includes an optional no-charge door for convenient storage.
