Each oven operates with a 45,000 BTU NAT burner, a standing pilot, and a thermostat with a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven interiors are finished in easy-to-clean porcelain enamel and measure 14” high by 19.5” wide by 26.5” deep. Each oven includes one rack and two-position side rails, while battery spark ignition ensures reliable and efficient startup.
