The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range designed for professional kitchens that demand power, flexibility, and durability. Measuring 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking top, this range features a durable stainless steel front, sides, and a 4” front rail, combining clean aesthetics with rugged construction. A front-located manual gas shut-off valve and factory-installed regulator ensure safe, reliable operation. The range includes a standing pilot for open burners and battery spark ignition for oven bases, providing dependable performance and quick startups.

This model features a Split Burner Configuration (Burner Option 4) with one star/saute’ burner in front and one 33,000 BTU standard burner in the rear, perfect for kitchens needing both high-heat and simmering capabilities. Additionally, it includes a powerful 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Option 6), combining two high-output Pyromax burners in the rear with three 33K star burners in the front for maximum cooking versatility. The cooktop also incorporates a 48” wide, 1” thick smooth polished steel griddle, with raised edges to control grease and food spillage—ideal for grilling breakfast items, sandwiches, or seared proteins.

Below the cooking surface, the standard oven (Model D) delivers 45,000 BTUs of natural gas power and offers a wide thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). Its porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, accommodating full-size pans in both orientations. It comes equipped with one rack and two-position side rails for versatile baking and roasting needs.

For added convenience, an 18” stainless steel cabinet base provides extra storage space, with an optional no-charge door available to keep kitchen tools organized and out of sight.
