Measuring 48-5/8” wide with a 37” high cooking surface, this range is constructed with a rugged stainless steel front, sides, and a 4” stainless steel front rail—built to withstand the demands of daily commercial use while offering easy cleaning and a sleek, modern look. For added safety, the range comes standard with a front-located manual gas shut-off and a factory-installed gas regulator.
This model features a dual burner configuration for unmatched versatility. The split burner setup includes one star/saute’ burner in the front and one 33,000 BTU standard burner in the rear, ideal for chefs who need both precision and power on the same line. For increased firepower, the 5-burner configuration (Option 6) combines two high-output Pyromax burners in the rear with three 33,000 BTU star burners in the front, delivering intense heat and reliable performance across multiple cooking zones.
At its base, the unit includes a high-efficiency convection oven (Model A) powered by 32,000 BTUs of natural gas. This oven offers a broad temperature range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C) and features a porcelain enamel interior measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep. It comes equipped with three racks and five-position side rails, providing flexible baking and roasting options. The convection system is driven by a powerful 1/2 hp motor (1710 rpm, 60 cycle, 115V AC) that includes permanent lubrication, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. A convenient On/Off switch also allows the oven to be used in standard baking mode when convection isn’t needed.
Completing the unit is an 18” stainless steel cabinet base, perfect for storing cookware, tools, or supplies. An optional no-charge door is available for added functionality.
