

The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series combines robust performance, durability, and versatility to meet the needs of any professional kitchen. With a 48-5/8” wide cooking surface and a 37” high cooking top, this range offers ample space for preparing large volumes of food. The stainless steel front and sides, complemented by a 4” stainless steel front rail, ensure easy cleaning and a sleek appearance. A front-located manual gas shut-off provides added safety, and the factory-installed regulator guarantees consistent and reliable gas flow. The range’s open top burners feature a standing pilot for easy ignition, while the oven bases are equipped with battery spark ignition for reliable operation.
The 33K Non-clog Burners offer (2) patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free, cast iron burners, each delivering a powerful 33,000 BTU NAT output. These burners are designed to handle large cooking tasks, with the rear burners capable of holding up to 14” stock pots. For maximum flexibility, the 5 Burner Configuration combines (2) Pyromax burners in the rear and (3) standard 33K burners in the front. This configuration provides both high heat for intense cooking and versatility for a variety of dishes.
The Standard Oven Model (D) provides a powerful 45,000 BTU NAT heat output with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven’s porcelain enamel interior measures 14” high x 26” wide x 26.5” deep, allowing it to accommodate full-sized pans both ways. The oven comes with one rack and two-position side rails, offering flexible cooking space.
The range is equipped with an 18” Stainless Steel Cabinet Base (C), providing essential under-counter storage space. An optional no-charge door is available for added convenience and functionality.
