
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a professional-grade commercial gas range designed for high performance and versatility in demanding kitchen environments. It features a 48-5/8” wide footprint with a 37” high cooking surface, a robust 4” stainless steel front rail, and a full stainless steel front and sides for enhanced durability and a sleek, easy-to-clean finish. The range includes a front-located manual gas shut-off for the entire unit, a factory-installed gas regulator, standing pilot ignition for open-top burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven bases to ensure convenience and safety.
This configuration includes Wavy Grates (Burner Option 2) with a unique cast bowl design that enhances efficiency and allows full use of the entire range top. These are paired with two 27,000 BTU non-clog burners, designed to deliver reliable performance with reduced maintenance. Additionally, it features a 5 Burner Configuration (Burner Option 5) that combines two high-output Pyromax burners in the rear with three star-pattern 33,000 BTU burners in the front, offering exceptional flexibility for various cooking styles.
Below, the Convection Oven (Model A) operates at 32,000 BTU NAT, with a thermostat range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven interior, coated in porcelain enamel, measures 14” high by 26” wide by 24” deep, and comes equipped with three racks and five-position side rails. The oven is driven by a 1/2 hp, 1710 rpm, high-efficiency motor with permanent split phase technology, ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch enables the oven to function as a standard oven when convection is not required.
Completing the setup is an 18” stainless steel cabinet base (Model C), with an optional no-charge door for enclosed storage space.
