The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is engineered for high-demand kitchens, combining robust construction with flexible cooking performance. This 48-5/8” wide commercial gas range features a 37” high cooking surface, 4” stainless steel front rail, and stainless steel front and sides, delivering both durability and sleek appearance. For convenience and safety, it includes a front-located manual gas shut-off, factory-installed gas regulator, standing pilots for the open burners, and battery spark ignition for the oven base.

This configuration is equipped with (2) 33,000 BTU NAT cast iron star burners (Burner Option 3), featuring a port design for even flame distribution, ideal for sautéing, searing, and precise cooking applications. Complementing these are (2) high-performance Pyromax burners at the rear, combined with (3) star-style 33K BTU burners in the front for a 5-burner configuration (Burner Option 6)—designed to maximize heat variety and cooking flexibility.

The unit features a powerful Convection Oven (Model A) rated at 32,000 BTU NAT, with a temperature range of 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven interior is porcelain enameled, measuring 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, and includes three racks with five-position side rails for versatile baking and roasting options. It is driven by a 1/2 HP, 1710 RPM motor (115V, 60 Hz), with permanently lubricated ball bearings, overload protection, and Class “B” insulation. An on/off switch allows the convection base to function as a standard oven when needed.

Rounding out the configuration is an 18” stainless steel cabinet base (Model C), with an optional no-charge door, ideal for convenient storage of cookware or utensils.
