
The Ultimate Restaurant Range 48” Series is a high-performance commercial gas range, designed for durability and efficiency. With a cooking top height of 37” and a width of 48-5/8”, this range features a 4” stainless steel front rail, along with stainless steel front and sides, ensuring both strength and easy maintenance. For added safety, a front-located manual gas shut-off controls the entire range, and a factory-installed gas regulator provides reliable operation. The range also includes a standing pilot for the open-top burners and a battery spark ignition system for the oven bases.
The 33K Non-Clog Burners (Burner Option 1) come with four patented, one-piece, lifetime clog-free cast iron burners, providing consistent heat for any cooking task. The range includes four removable cast iron grate tops, with the rear grates designed to accommodate up to a 14” stock pot, offering versatility for various cooking needs.
The 33,000 BTU NAT Charbroiler is available on either the left or right side of the range, and can be customized in 24” or 36” sizes. It features removable, heavy-duty cast iron grates that allow for even cooking and easy cleaning.
For baking and roasting, the Convection Oven Models (A) include a 32,000 BTU NAT convection oven with a standing pilot and a thermostat range from 175°F to 550°F (79°C to 288°C). The oven interior is porcelain enamel-coated, with dimensions of 14” high x 26” wide x 24” deep, providing ample space for a variety of dishes. It comes with three racks and five-position side rails, allowing for flexible use. The high-efficiency 1/2 HP motor operates at 1710 RPM, with permanent lubricated ball bearings and overload protection. The convection oven can also be switched to a standard oven mode via the On/Off switch for additional versatility.
The Stainless Steel Cabinet (C) features a robust 18” stainless steel base, with an optional no-charge door for convenience and accessibility.
